What are your payment options?

Most major credit cards, PayPal, checks, and money orders. If you wish to pay by check, please e-mail me for payment address. Allow 10 business days for domestic checks to clear. International customers: Only PayPal payments accepted at this time.

What are your shipping rates?

USPS Shipping Rates:
First Class Domestic - Starting at $3.00
Priority Domestic - $4.80 up to 1 pound
International First Class - Starting at $3.00
Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope (North America) - $9.95
Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope (everywhere else) - $11.95

The above are averages based on current USPS shipping rates. Your actual shipping rate may vary depending on parcel weight and destination. International customers are responsible for all duties, customs, or other fees that their country may impose upon the items ordered.

Do you do re-makes and/or custom work?

No, but sometimes I do revisit old favorites. Watch for them and grab them before someone else beats you to it.

Do you ship overseas?

YES, no country too far!

Can I order items from your gallery pages?

No, I'm sorry, the gallery is just for looking.

Do you sell items wholesale?

No, I'm sorry. Beads still have to be made one at time, wholesaling is just not feasible. As far as cords go, I'm not currently set up for large production runs.

I find that the items I purchased from you are not going to work for me after all, can I return them for a refund or exchange?

Absolutely! Refunds are issued, and exchanges are handled promptly upon receipt of unaltered items.

What are your shipping and return policies?

I ship daily, which means that your items will be on their way to you on the same day payment is received, unless of course, your payment is received after hours. In which case, your items will ship the next day.

You may return unaltered cords, glass, and ceramic beads at any time. Please return items using the same boxes you received, and package carefully to avoid damage while in transit. Refunds are issued through PayPal (as opposed to Money Order) unless otherwise requested.
